Is your cookie jar looking a little empty today? Fill it up with these Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies! Perfect for an on-the-go snack or post-dinner dessert.
Only 7 ingredients are required including Bisquick mix, protein powder, Greek yogurt and an egg. I swear, I’m not making breakfast over here! But if you’re looking for a soft, chewy sweet treat, then these Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies are the way to go.
I don’t even feel THAT guilty about having one of these as a post-workout treat in the morning… I mean, there is protein in it after all!
As addicting as they are, you might want to make an extra batch or two!
Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition Natural
- 100% Oats & Whey)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Drop 1 Tbsp of cookie dough on a greased cookie sheet with about a 1-2 inch space apart from each one.
Bake for 11 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Gobble up in seconds 🙂 Store remaining cookies in an air tight container… if you have any left!
