  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Burger buns (I used slim sandwich buns)

Suggested Toppings:

  • Kale
  • Avocado
  • Spicy pickles

Begin by pouring black beans into a large bowl. With a fork, mash mash mash! Add red bell pepper, onions, egg, breadcrumbs, hot sauce and seasonings. Mix until everything is completely combined.

Form into 6 medium patties β€” place on a baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
