Ever wonder what you’d look like on paper? I did. Fashion Illustrator Candace Skaggs, owner of CS Illustrations, was so kind to create a fabulous portrait of me. I mean, look how talented this girl is!
She captured the minor details of my look: the high-bun and red lips (signature factor right there), the crochet detail, and even the adjustable ankle straps on my heels!
This illustration belongs on my shelf alongside Lauren Conrad’s Style and Erin Gate’s Elements of Style: Designing a Home & A Life. Oh, and I can’t forget about my all-time-favorite movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Style shelf — hey girl, hey.
Okay, speaking of style shelf… I’ve been dreaming of a style room. Every girl has seen those walk-in “room closets” on Pinterest, right? I’m obsessed. I always tell my boyfriend that when we get a house, I call dibs on one room solely for my wardrobe! I’ve already picked up out the perfect seating, carpet and color scheme. Can anyone guess what I’ll be purchasing for wall decor? Yep, you got it! Custom portraits of me in my “outfits of the day” designed by the lovely Candace. These will go perfect with the chic accessories I’ve got in mind.
These portraits have a whimsical feel and perfect for any fashion-forward girl! She captured my style and added a touch of her own personality… I love it.
Her custom illustrations range from blogger and family portraits to prints and greeting cards – so there really is something for everyone! Hey, these would be great to gift your besties with, too.
Interested in purchasing a custom portrait made just for you? Check out her etsy shop CS Illustrations for designs for purchase, or her Instagram to see more of her work — tell her I sent you! 🙂 She’s seriously the sweetest thing, ever.
